    Position Description

    As an Health System Implementation Specialist in the San Francisco Bay area you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:


    • Provide product support in the OR during laparoscopic evaluations
    • Act as the Applied Medical Team Leader during evaluations
    • Manage post evaluation activities
    • Coordinate with the Health System Manager regarding post-conversion account support, training and education of Account Managers and Account Manager Associates involved with laparoscopic evaluations
    • Exceed growth expectations in your District for targeted product segments

    Position Requirements

    This position requires the following skills and attributes:


    • 10+ years of professional sales experience
    • 7+ years of medical/surgical device sales experience
    • Experience in laparoscopy sales and hospital conversions
    • Experience calling on surgeons, OR directors, nurse managers, clinical coordinators, nurse educators and materials management administrators.
    • Professional sales experience with formal sales training
    • Proven goal oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success
    • Strong relationships and understanding of the market
    • Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate
    • Must be able to travel extensively
    • Flexible and a team player
    • Ability to travel to Southern California for a 3-week training class
    • 4 year degree
