Position Description

As a Health Systems Manager in Richmond, VA, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

 

  • Direct and manage the activities of your District including hiring, training and developing a team
  • Teach and train your team on time management, organization skills, lead qualification, best practices, operating room conduct, and quota achievement
  • Establish quarterly sales plans and goals
  • Ensure the achievement of sales goals in your District
  • Interface with executive level customers in hospitals
  • Maintain and enforce appropriate expense management guidelines

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 10+ years of professional sales experience
  • 6+ years of medical device sales experience and at least 4 years in OR sales
  • 3+ years of sales management experience with 5 or more direct reports
  • A documented track record of success and teamwork
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to travel extensively
  • Must live in the geographical location of the position, or be willing to relocate
  • Ability to travel to Southern California for a 3-week training class
  • 4 year degree
