Applied Medical is pleased to announce that we are looking for Field Associates (formerly Sales Associates) to join our team in the exciting and challenging world of operating room/medical device sales. We are looking for extraordinary men and women willing to commit to a rigorous 12-month training program, with the goal of graduating to an Account Manager Associate position. The right candidates will be taught the fundamentals of operating room sales and be trained to sell clinically to surgeons, surgical staff and hospital administration. The Field Associate Program is a 12-month training program that consists of three phases of training with the goal of graduating to an Account Manager Associate position. The first phase is a 6-week intensive training course at our corporate headquarters in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, followed by two phases of 120 to 180 days of supervised training in a selected field location in the United States. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the open associate territory of our choosing at the end of the program.
